UK Mainland Orders

UK mainland orders incur a flat rate delivery charge of £5 no matter the number of items ordered. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked (Normally arrives within 48hours from day of dispatch). We also offer the option to have an express order shipped for £7.95 by Royal Mail 24 tracked (Normally arrives within 24hours from day of dispatch).

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders received by 1pm the same day. If you place an order after 1pm we will dispatch it the following working day (If you order after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday). We dispatch orders on weekdays only. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Delivered when you’re not at home?

Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

Worldwide Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all European shipments. This is a trackable service, but does not require a signature on delivery.

Shipping costs for European deliveries are approximately £9.95 /unit, although this may vary slightly depending on exchange rates.

Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-5 working days.

Deliveries outside Europe usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

Returns

As all items are made bespoke Katie Graham Jewellery does not allow returns. We will allow a 24 hour grace period where orders can be cancelled. Once this time has passed orders will be made and are non-refundable.

Repairs

At Katie Graham Jewellery our craftsmanship is what we pride ourselves in. If you should experience the need for repair of any piece of Katie Graham jewellery please contact us at katie@katiegraham.com. Please include your name, address, order number and repair issue.

Katie Graham Jewellery will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect with 90 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs after this will be deemed to be caused by misuse and will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the repair being started.

Exchanges

Have your eye on another piece of jewellery and want to swap? Email us at returns@katiegraham.com with your order number, the piece you’d like to exchange and the piece you want to buy. Once we receive your order, we will ship your new item.
